Edu K is a Brazilian legend. The former singer of Defalla, one of the most influential Brazilian bands, Edu began his career as a DJ at the height of Bar Ocidente in the 80s. Ever since, he travelled the world, DJing at the best clubs and festivals in Europe, the United States and Australia, after hitting it big time with the worldwide hit, “Popozuda Rock N 'Roll”, released on Man Recordings in 2005, bringing the Brazilian craze, baile funk, to the world. It was followed by several releases on the world's biggest electronic music labels, such as Dirtybird, Anabatic, Exploited, One Love, Potty Mouth, Ultra, PetFood, Top Billin and Discobelle. Edu also soon became an in-demand remixer to artists as diverse as Don Omar, Benny Benassi, Gotan Project, Larry Tee and Perez Hilton amongst others.

In recent years, Edu K became a Brazilian TV personality, hosting the reality show “Breakout Brasil”. He is about to release his own TV show, “O Jardim Eletrico De Edu K”, soon.

2018 will be the year of Edu K`s comeback to the house scene, with brand new releases and remixes to pop up during the year and an European tour lined up for next summer.
